Kenyan comedienne Star Chebet has issued an update after alarming her fans with a series of cryptic posts on social media. In her original messages, she shared troubling experiences with spiritual realms and asked for prayers and forgiveness.
Chebet revealed that she had been spending time with new friends who led her into unfamiliar and dangerous spiritual practices. She admitted to getting involved in rituals that she did not fully understand.
“Hey guys, it’s been a long while since I posted here, but life has been moving too fast. I don’t know if I’ll be okay by the end of the day, but I got myself into something I can’t really reverse.” She wrote.

“Life is spiritual, and I think I tapped into the wrong realms in my search for peace of mind and tapped into the wrong energies. For those nimekosea along the way, poleni sana, and for those wamenishika mkono, Asanteni sana (For those I have wronged, I ask for your forgiveness).”
Chebet expressed regret and fear over her actions.
“I made new friends who were on a totally different path and got into things I didn’t really expect. Na sidhani ita isha poa (I don’t think it will end well).”

Star Chebet Makes Increasing Alarming Posts
In another post, Chebet mentioned her travel to Nakuru and asked her followers for prayers. She recounted an unsettling experience in Kericho.
“I was used to open a portal on Kimugu river in Kericho and got initiated into something I didn’t expect. I didn’t know what was happening until it happened. Life is spiritual, and spirits get into conflicts subconsciously sometimes. I’m on my way to Nakuru, and the way this car is moving, my instincts tell me all will not be well.”

Star Chebet Makes Update
Chebet has now provided a reassuring update.
She wrote, “For those following up, I am doing well. I’ll pick up your calls and respond to your messages later. Thank you,”
Chebet’s openness about her mental and spiritual challenges has drawn both sympathy and prayers from her fans. Many have taken to social media to express their hopes for her recovery and safety.
Abel Mutua reacted, “Trying to reach you.” though she was yet to respond.
Lynn Ngugi commented, “Please pick up. If you get to see this, remember you are Loved and I am so sorry if we have made you feel alone.”
Maureen Waititu wrote: “Let us all cover Chebet in prayers. Oh Lord, please remember our sister Chebet during this difficult time. May You deliver her from the jaws of the enemy. In Jesus name I pray. Amen! By the power that is in the blood of Jesus, you are protected. You will be okay Chebet. Don’t give up!”
Yesterday, while I was at work, my sister stole my iPad and tested to see if it can survive a 25 foot drop, just so she can be a youtube sensation. My iPad is now broken and she has 83 views. I know this is entirely off topic but I had to share it with someone!
